Shipping

Shipping

At Your Farming Source, we're committed to making the shipping process as simple and transparent as possible. Because many of the products we sell are oversized, heavy, or ship directly from our manufacturers, shipping times and delivery methods may vary by product.

If you have any questions before placing your order, our team is happy to help.

Phone: (822) 263-2767
Email: support@yourfarmingsource.com

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order.

Once your order is received, we verify inventory availability with the manufacturer or distribution warehouse and begin processing your order.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, backordered, or unavailable, we will contact you promptly to discuss your options. You may choose to wait for the item, select an alternative product, or receive a full refund if your order has not yet shipped.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders begin processing within 1–3 business days.

Some products may require additional processing time depending on manufacturer availability, production schedules, or freight arrangements.

If your order requires additional processing time, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Freight Shipping

Many of our products are large agricultural implements and equipment that ship via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight rather than standard parcel carriers.

Freight shipments typically include:

  • Commercial freight carrier delivery
  • Delivery appointment scheduling (when required)
  • Curbside delivery to the shipping address
  • Tracking information once your shipment has been dispatched

Please note that freight carriers generally do not provide installation, assembly, or placement of equipment on your property.

Certain locations or delivery requests may require additional shipping charges, including:

  • Residential deliveries
  • Limited-access locations
  • Remote or rural destinations
  • Lift gate service
  • Inside delivery requests

If additional freight charges apply, we will contact you for approval before your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs vary depending on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Manufacturer location
  • Delivery destination
  • Freight carrier requirements
  • Residential or commercial delivery

Shipping costs, when applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before your order ships.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary by manufacturer and product availability.

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days, while transit times generally range from 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and freight carrier.

Custom-built, made-to-order, or specialty products may require additional lead times.

Please note that all shipping estimates are approximate and may change due to manufacturer production schedules, weather conditions, freight carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

If you have not received shipment confirmation within several business days after your order is processed, please contact our Customer Support team.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing for delivery.

If you notice visible damage:

  • Note the damage on the freight carrier's delivery receipt before signing whenever possible.
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged product.
  • Contact support@yourfarmingsource.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect our ability to file a claim with the freight carrier.

Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Our team will work directly with the manufacturer and freight carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through replacement, repair, or another appropriate solution.

International Shipping

At this time, Your Farming Source primarily ships within the continental United States.

If you are interested in shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or another international destination, please contact our team for availability and a custom freight quote.

International orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact our Customer Support team before placing your order. We're happy to provide a freight quote and discuss available shipping options.
