Farm-Maxx FSBM Series Sickle Bar Mowers

Farm-Maxx FSBM Series Sickle Bar Mowers are designed for farmers and landowners who need clean, precise cutting for hay fields, pastures, pond banks, ditch banks, fence lines, and other areas where maneuverability and cutting control matter.

Built for compact and utility tractors, the FSBM Series combines rugged, straightforward construction with a double-action cutting system for smooth, efficient mowing. With working widths from 60" to 108" and both manual and hydraulic folding options, there is an FSBM model for everything from smaller properties to larger hay and acreage operations.

Ideal Applications

  • Hay and forage cutting
  • Pasture maintenance
  • Small farms and homesteads
  • Pond and ditch bank mowing
  • Fence lines and field edges
  • Roadside mowing
  • Larger acreage maintenance

Key Features

Double-Action Cutting System

The FSBM Series uses a double-action sickle cutting system that provides a clean, scissor-like cut through hay, grass, and light vegetation. The design helps provide consistent cutting performance while reducing clogging in demanding field conditions.

Manual or Hydraulic Folding

Select models are available with either manual or hydraulic folding, allowing you to choose the configuration that best matches your tractor and operation. Hydraulic models provide added convenience when transitioning between mowing and transport positions.

Wide Cutting Angle

With a cutting range of approximately +90° to -45°, the FSBM Series can handle more than flat-field mowing. The adjustable cutting angle makes these mowers especially useful along pond banks, ditch banks, slopes, fence lines, and uneven terrain.

Easy-Service Cutting Guards

Replaceable cutting guards are designed for straightforward servicing and replacement, helping minimize downtime when maintenance is required.

Heavy-Duty Safety Release

A heavy-duty breakaway safety-release system helps protect the mower and tractor if the cutting bar encounters an unexpected obstacle during operation.

Extra Blade Bar Included

An extra blade bar is included, giving operators a convenient replacement on hand when servicing the mower during the cutting season.

Standard Features

  • Double-action cutting system
  • Manual or hydraulic folding depending on model
  • Approximately +90° to -45° cutting-angle capability
  • Heavy-duty safety-release system
  • Replaceable cutting guards
  • Extra blade bar included
  • Heavy-duty PTO driveline
